Booking & Payment

A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your booking date. The retainer amount, balance, and payment schedule are confirmed in your quote.

We accept bank transfer and card payments. Additional costs may apply for travel beyond Greater London.

Delivery Timelines

Photography: Edited photos delivered within 2 months

Videography: Full video delivered within 6 months

Rush delivery is available for an additional fee.

Copyright & Image Licensing

Films Reimagined retains copyright to all images. Clients receive a personal use license allowing unlimited printing, sharing, and display for non-commercial purposes.

Commercial use requires written permission.

Cancellation Policy

Client cancellation: The retainer is non-refundable. Cancellations made sufficiently in advance of the event may be eligible for a partial refund of any additional payments — the exact terms are set out in your quote.

Our cancellation: In the unlikely event we cannot attend, we will provide a full refund and assist in finding a replacement photographer.

Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate event timeline and venue information
  • Ensure we have necessary permissions from the venue
  • Provide meals and breaks for full-day coverage
  • Coordinate with other vendors as needed

Liability

We carry backup equipment and take all reasonable precautions. However, we are not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including equipment failure, venue restrictions, or force majeure events.

Promotional Offers

We may offer a significantly reduced rate to couples who agree to support our business by allowing us to share their event content publicly — including across our portfolio, social channels, and website — without face covering, blur, or other privacy redactions. Eligibility — You must mention the discount code (currently "FR-CONTENT") in your initial enquiry, before the booking is confirmed. — The discount cannot be applied retroactively after a booking is in place. — We retain final editorial choice over what is shared, subject to the standard image-licensing terms above. Privacy is reversible If, after the event, you decide you would prefer your images and films kept private, you can pay the difference between the discounted rate and the full standard rate at the time of booking. Once that balance is settled, your gallery is treated under our standard privacy policy and we will withdraw any previously-published material from our channels within 30 days.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
